    • PrepareAllow sealed cup to reach room temperature. Remove carefully from foil pouch.
    • Collect sampleDonor urinates directly into cup — fill to at least the minimum line.
    • SealScrew lid on securely to prevent leaks and protect sample integrity.
    • Check temperaturRead temperature strip immediately after sealing. Valid: 90–100°F (32–38°C) — outside this range may indicate adulteration or substitution
    • Wait 5 minutesPlace on flat surface. Do not move or shake during development.
