Shipping Policy
FOB Origin (FOB Shipping Point)

All sales are shipped FOB Origin (FOB Shipping Point). Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the buyer once the order leaves our warehouse. The buyer assumes all responsibility for freight charges, loss, damage, and liability during transit.

American Screening LLC will not refund shipping charges for refused deliveries or packages that are undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts.

Medical Devices

Medical devices designated "For Professional Use Only" and "Not for Home Use" are intended exclusively for professional use. If these products are purchased or used for personal purposes, no refund or return will be honored, and all applicable manufacturer warranties will be void.

Free Shipping Offer

Free Shipping is available on regularly sized orders under 150 lbs. with a merchandise subtotal of $250 or more shipped to customers within the continental United States.

American Screening LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice.

International Shipping

International shipping is available via UPS, DHL, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Please note:

  • USPS is the lowest-cost shipping option; however, lost or delayed USPS shipments are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement.
  • UPS and DHL provide enhanced shipment tracking.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their destination country.
Returns & Refunds

American Screening LLC is committed to providing quality products and outstanding customer service. Due to the nature of many of our products, returns are limited.

Rapid Drug & Alcohol Test Products

All rapid drug and alcohol testing products are final sale and non-refundable.

As an ISO 13485-certified manufacturer and supplier, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to customer satisfaction.

Return Eligibility

Returns and refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective.
  • The incorrect product was shipped by American Screening LLC.

Returns requested for any other reason are not eligible for refund unless otherwise approved by American Screening LLC.

Non-Refrigerated Products

If your return qualifies under the eligible conditions above:

  • The product must be unused and returned in new condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and components.
  • Custom-manufactured and non-stock items are not eligible for return.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Any shortages or order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned within 15 days after receiving Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) approval.
  • An authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise.
  • Returns received without an approved RMA number may be refused.
Restocking Fees

For approved returns that are not the result of a defective product or an American Screening shipping error, the following charges apply:

  • 25% restocking fee
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If American Screening LLC shipped the incorrect product or the product is confirmed to be defective, applicable shipping charges, including free shipping returns when approved, will be reimbursed.

Refrigerated Products

Due to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and product integrity requirements, refrigerated products cannot be returned unless the incorrect product was shipped by American Screening LLC.

Use one of the following return codes:

  • DEF – Product is defective.
  • PNO – Incorrect product shipped by American Screening LLC.

Once your request has been reviewed, a Customer Service Representative will provide an RMA number and return instructions, if applicable.

Important Information
  • All rapid drug and alcohol testing products are final sale.
  • Returns and refunds are accepted only for defective products or products shipped in error by American Screening LLC.
  • Products returned without an approved RMA number may be refused.
  • American Screening LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund, replacement, or credit.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended application before placing an order.
