Shipping Policy
  • **FOB Origin**: All sales are shipped “FOB origin” or “FOB shipping point.” Once goods are on the dock, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the goods and is responsible for freight costs and liability during transport. American Screening LLC will not refund delivery costs for refused deliveries or undeliverable packages after repeated attempts
  • **Medical Devices**: Please note that if you purchase a medical device designated “For Professional Use Only” and “Not for Home Use,” and use the product for personal purposes, NO REFUND WILL BE HONORED. All manufacturing warranties will automatically expire.
  • **International Shipping**:
    • Available shipping options include UPS, DHL, or US Postal Service.
    • For Special Discounted Air Freight Pricing, call 1-866-526-2873.
    • US Postal Service is the cheapest option, but lost packages will not be refunded.
    • For detailed tracking, choose UPS or call us for special air freight pricing.
    • PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover customs fees.
2. Returns Policy

American Screening LLC strives to provide customer satisfaction and will make every effort to meet your needs. However, the following conditions apply:

  • **Rapid Tests**: All sales of rapid tests are final and non-refundable. As an ISO 13485 company, we stand behind the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is our priority.
  • **Non-Refrigerated Products**:
    • Your name
    • Products must be returned in new condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories included.
    • Returns of custom-manufactured or non-stock items will not be accepted.
    • Returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt, along with a copy of the invoice. Discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days.
    • A 25% restocking fee and return postage will apply.
    • No shipping charges will be refunded for these returns.
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from ASC before returning products. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
    • If an order was shipped in error or contained defective products, ASC will refund shipping charges, including for returns using free shipping.
    • Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt, accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
  • **Refrigerated Products**:
    • Due to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations, refrigerated products cannot be returned unless shipped in error by American Screening LLC.
3.How to Return a Product

If you need to return a product:

In your email, include:

  • The order number
  • The reason for the return using one of the following codes:
    • “DEF”: Product was defective
    • “PNO”: Received a product not ordered
    • “MP”: Product is missing parts

A Customer Service Representative will respond and, if applicable, provide shipping instructions for the return.

  • All sales are final
  • Drug and alcohol products are non-refundable due to their nature.
