Shipping Policy
FOB Origin

All orders are shipped FOB Origin (FOB Shipping Point). Ownership and responsibility for the shipment transfer to the buyer once the order leaves our warehouse. The buyer assumes all responsibility for freight charges, loss, damage, and liability during transit.

American Screening LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges will not be refunded for refused deliveries or packages deemed undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts.

Medical Devices

Medical devices labeled "For Professional Use Only" and "Not for Home Use" are intended solely for professional use. If these products are purchased for personal use, no refund or return will be accepted, and any manufacturer warranty will be considered void.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via UPS, DHL, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • UPS/DHL: Recommended for reliable delivery and detailed tracking.
  • USPS: Lowest-cost shipping option; however, lost or delayed USPS shipments are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.


Returns & Refund Policy

American Screening LLC is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of many of our products, returns are limited to the circumstances outlined below.

Rapid Drug & Alcohol Test Products

All sales of rapid drug and alcohol testing products are final.

These products are non-refundable and non-returnable due to health, safety, quality control, and regulatory requirements.

As an ISO 13485-certified company, we stand behind the quality of our products.


Non-Refrigerated Products

Products must be:

  • Unused and in new condition.
  • Returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-manufactured products.
  • Special-order or non-stock items.
  • Opened or used products (unless determined to be defective).
  • Products returned without prior authorization.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.

Any shortages, shipping damage, or order discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

Approved returns that are not the result of an ASC shipping error or defective product are subject to:

  • 25% restocking fee
  • Return shipping charges paid by the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Products approved for return must be received by American Screening LLC within 15 days of the RMA approval.


Refrigerated Products

Due to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and product integrity requirements, refrigerated products cannot be returned unless the incorrect item was shipped by American Screening LLC.


How to Request a Return

Returns and refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:

  • The product is defective.
  • The incorrect product was shipped by American Screening LLC.

If your return qualifies under one of these conditions:

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Reason for Return

Return Codes:

  • DEF – Product is defective.
  • PNO – Product shipped in error by American Screening LLC.

Step 3: Our Customer Service team will review your request. If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions will be provided.

Returns received without an authorized RMA number may be refused.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by American Screening LLC.

Refunds are issued only for approved returns that meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy.

Shipping charges are refundable only when:

  • American Screening LLC shipped the wrong product.
  • The returned product is confirmed to be defective.

Important Information
  • All rapid drug and alcohol testing products are final sale.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective products or products shipped in error by American Screening LLC.
  • Returned merchandise must have an approved RMA number.
  • American Screening LLC reserves the right to inspect all returned products before issuing any refund, replacement, or credit.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the product is suitable for their intended use before purchasing.
