The BD Vacutainer® Tube Holder and Luer Adapter with Preattached BD™ Blunt Plastic Cannula is a convenient blood collection assembly designed for collecting venous blood samples directly into compatible BD Vacutainer® blood collection tubes. The integrated assembly combines a Vacutainer® tube holder, luer adapter, and preattached blunt plastic cannula to help simplify blood collection from compatible needleless IV access systems.
Designed specifically for use with the Interlink® injection site, the assembly is also compatible with Abbott LifeShield® and McGaw systems. The blunt plastic cannula provides access to compatible needleless systems while helping healthcare professionals maintain an efficient blood collection workflow.
