American Screening Corporation includes Product Inserts and Procedure cards on each Item. The product inserts and procedure cards are located in the little gray box called Associated Files under the medical testing product you ordered.

For examples, If you ordered a five panel (5 panel) dip card , go to the 5 panel dip card page and right under the pricing you will see a box, call associated files.
