stimulating hormone (TSH) in whole blood samples of ambulatory adults..  This test is intended to detect TSH at concentrations
> 5 mIU/L.  It is intended for use by medical professionals to screen an ambulatory adult population for primary hypothyroidism. 
It is not indicated for use screening neonates for hypothyroidism.
