Description and Instructions:
250 Security Seals per package.
Place Seal over Specimen bottle in front of the Urine Donor.
On the Security Seal write Date, Donors Name, & Specimen ID.
Tamper/Evident Label or Seal as specified by SAMHSA.
Can also be used to, when collecting urine specimens to seal of areas; cabinets, water valves, ect.
