Shipping Policy

• Free Priority Mail for orders over $75 & Free FEDEX GROUND over $125.00 for online orders. There is a 5.00 handling fee for orders under 50.00, this is still lower total order cost than most competitors online.
• Orders received before 2:00 pm will be processed and shipped out the same business day, and in some cases orders called in by 4:00 pm can be shipped out same day, pending availability. Overnight delivery is delivered the following business day. If you order overnight delivery and the item is not in stock, then the overnight delivery will occur when we recieve the item in stock. If you need a urgent overnight order, to make sure the item is in stock, please call customer service, so we can make sure to get your order out the same day. No credits for overnight shipping or expedited shipping will be given if an item is on backorder.
• Orders over 100.00 may be shipped saturday delivery but you must order over the phone by calling us at 1-866-526-2873
• Free Priority Mail is delivered to the post office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• We recommend Fedex, or give us a call or email for international orders over 500.00. Us postal is less cost but Fedex. has a better tracking system.
• Once orders have been placed and are processing they are unable to be changed or edited. If you absolutely need something shipped out and its an emergency situation, please call and confirm shipping date.
