Return Policy

All sales are final, drug & alcohol products are non refundable due to the nature of the product, unless the product is deemed defective by American Screening Corp. If for some reason you are not satisfied we will make every effort to satisfy our customers needs by finding a solution.

In the case above, products must be in there original packaging. Any product received by American Screening Corporation opened will be immediately discarded. You must include original packing slip, and product inserts and any other accessory that was initially shipped.

Any packages returned without authorization will be refused and returned back to the sender.

Restocking Fees may apply: A 20% Restocking Fee or $10.00, whichever is more,will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

There is a $25.00 order cancellation fee for any canceled order that has not shipped.
