The Reveal DNA Paternity Test Collection Kit includes swabs for the alleged father, the child, and the biological mother (optional testing). Additional persons may also be tested for a fee by calling (866) 526-2873.
Easy as 1-2-3:
1. Collect Samples: Using enclosed buccal (check) swabs, rub separate swabs inside of each cheek and another along the gums. Place each swab in the testee's designated envelope (i.e., alleged father, child, etc.).
2. Send Payment: When swabs are collected for all parties, send swabs in sealed envelopes with payment and Order Form using the enclosed postage-paid envelope.
3. Receive Results: Results are typically available within two (2) days after samples arrive at laboratory. Available online at www.RevealDrugTest.com or via mail.
