American Screening Corporation is proud to present a new Single Specimen Collection Kit
Great for On-Site Urine Collection and Transport of Urine Specimens!
Each Kit Contains:
- 8 oz Collection Cup.
- Temperature Indicator Strip.
- Specimen Bag with Absorbent pad.
- 45 ml transport vial.
- Items sealed inside collection cup with foil topped lid.
Directions:
To use this Drugs of Abuse Specimen Collection and Transport Kits for On-site and Off-Site Drug Testing
1. Simply peel away the foil top lid and remove the components that are inside the cup
2. Provide the donor with the Urine Collection Cup.
3. Once the Urine Collection is complete, pour off 30ml of urine into the transport vial.
4. Seal the vial by closing the hinged lid on top until it snaps closed.
Note: Evidence tape may be administered over the top of the vial to protect the integrity of the urine specimen.(optional)
5. Place the vial in the front pocket of the specimen bag.
6. Place the completed requisition /Chain of Custody in the rear pocket.
7. Seal the specimen bag by removing the blue release liner on the bag and folding the flap over the pockets.
8. Arrange for courier transport to the drug testing laboratory of choice using the couriers recommended guidelines and transport packaging.
Note: Temperature readings of the initial urine specimen should be administered as laboratory drug testing guideline indicate.
