Cancelled Test/Invalid Test  A cancelled or invalid test is a drug test that encounters unforeseen errors that either cannot be identified or are irreparable.   These types of test results are called cancelled or invalid because they can produce neither a positive nor a negative final result.  In these instances the test must be repeated with a new sample.
