Baseline Testing
Baseline testing Baseline testing is done at the beginning of implementing a drug free workplace for all employees. The baseline test shows the initial level of drugs or alcohol in an employees system so there is something for comparative analysis when further testing is done at a later date. Subsequent tests are performed in the event of random drug checks or if the employee is suspected of drug use.
